Leadership, a critical management skill, is the ability to motivate a group of people towards a common goal. While leadership is easy to explain, leadership is not so easy to practice. Some people are born a natural leader while others have to develop and enhance theirs skills to be a leader. With a view of enhancing and improving the leadership abilities of Manager level employees, this program aims to enhance leadership skills for achieving greater results through application of leadership techniques.
