Workshop on corporate governance
With a view to enhance and improve the understanding of the concepts of corporate governance at the top management level MD has designed a one day workshop. The workshop has been designed for the members of the organization who hold a leadership position to direct the organization to serves the needs of shareholders and other stakeholders, by directing and controlling management activities with good business savvy, objectivity, accountability and integrity. It is further aimed at making them goal oriented in the highly competitive industry. Main objective of this workshop is to make participant identify the system of structuring, operating and controlling company with a view to achieve long term strategic goals to satisfy shareholders, creditors, employees, customers and suppliers, and complying with the legal and regulatory requirements.
